As you may know I literally have done almost no work during this lockdown period so here we are.
This is a task room 1 literacy were given and it's quite easy so I completed it. It's basically like memes but they have kinda bad humour because I made them. Oh and basically all we had to do was add the captions, Mr Moran put the animal pictures there.

The Midnight Killer – prologue/teaser.

 Hello! I hope you have had a good day so far :)

Lockdown has been really boring lately and made me motivated to make a random narrative because why not? 

Anyway, I found this really cool concept online and thought it was really interesting and would be fun to try and write a story with and so wam, bam, new narrative to write ma'am. So this is basically like the prologue? I've wrote 1 finished chapter so far and I'm working on another one currently. So I will publish each chapter when it's done.

This is like a prologue or teaser for this upcoming story that I will be *trying* to keep motivated in writing, (ahem because I always make these sort of series and then stop writing them). But yeah, that's basically all the context you'll need.

THE MIDNIGHT KILLER.

“You unknowingly murder people in your sleep.
In the daytime however, you are a detective who is trying to figure out who is behind the death of the innocent citizens in your town.”

PROLOGUE; THE ABBOTTS 

SILENCE LAY UPON THE ATMOSPHERE. It was painfully silent, or at least, that’s how it was in the Abbotts house. Long ago, a family of 3 lived in what once was a glamorous, paper-white, and clean mansion of what was now overcome with dust particles, long dead grass, and dirt. Many citizens in the town avoided this area happening to believe such things as it being “cursed” and “haunted”.

But many of those claims were being said by children, this was a disadvantage for them as nobody believed them but instead laughed. 

“Crazy little kids they are,” Cerlia exclaimed. “Going on about such things as the house being haunted.” She finished, her british accent shining.

“Well if you take it into perspective, the house is quite scary. I mean, have you seen the many cobwebs dangling across the exterior?” Anna added, slightly shivering. She was extremely arachnophobic.

“I heard that if you see John Abbotts’ ghost from inside the house, your the next victim of the murderer!” Aurora jokingly exclaimed. “Oh shut it.” Sadie chuckles.

The friend group worked as detectives and turned out to be a very successful ones too. This resulted in much travelling around the world, not just for their own fun, (even though they quite enjoyed it), but because there were many crimes/investigations going on.

“All I’ve found out so far is the fact that nobody really cares about their death. If anything, it’s almost like their somewhat happy that the Abbotts are no longer present here in Huntsville.” Sadie says, feeling slight pity for the family.

“Well I don’t blame them.” Anna shrugs nonchalantly, Sadie smacks her on the shoulder. “What? Have you seen their faces in all of the pictures we’ve been given? They look so serious and sometimes even disgusted- It’s terrifying.” Anna shivers.

“Honestly. No wonder nobody gives a damn.” Payton agrees. Okay, Sadie thinks to herself, maybe they do have a valid point.

“I reckon we should just sleep on this. Tomorrow’s another day in the office anyway. We can continue this conversation then but for now, let’s get some sleep.” Cerlia announces. “Pip pip, move on now.” Aurora jokes, clapping her hands together.

the 1st chapter will come soon i hope this prologue was somewhat interesting.
